My client is a well established and highly regarded IT consultancy in the Guildford area. They have a new requirement for an experienced client relationship manager to manage a portfolio of SME clients. This role is paying £30,000 + pension, healthcare, dental & lie assurance.
As an experienced account manager, you will ideally have some experience within the IT sector – either for an MSP, an IT consultancy, IT hardware sales, software sales, or an IT reseller.
With a strong background in customer service, this role will see you building strong relationships with customers and becoming a trusted advisor.
Although it will be highly beneficial to have an IT background, you will be working closely with a team of technical architects when it comes to presenting solutions to clients.
To be considered you will have a friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to liaise with & manage customers.
Outside of the Covid lockdown guidelines, once working practices return to as normal as possible this role will offer a flexible arrangement of working from home a few days a week.
