IT Assistant

A educational establishment in the Wembley and Harrow area is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team. 

You will be providing IT Support to users across two sites (walking distance) and also offering support across the IT systems and infrastructure at a 1st line level.

The ideal candidate will live locally and be happy to work on site 5 days per week.  They will have some commercial IT helpdesk experience and be keen to develop their skills and knowledge working as part of this team.

The environment is a hybrid environment of on prem and cloud technologies.  They use both Hyper-V and VMware servers, Server 2019, Microsoft 365, Windows 10 migrating into 11 and interactive whiteboard technology and cloud storage.

There is opportunities for progression as the school group expand next year.

Starting salary is £26,000 -  £30,000 depending on the experience and skills you bring to the role.
