This is a newly created position for a 1st line IT Support Analyst to join a well established and growing firm in the Tamworth area. This role is paying £18,000 - £20,000 + pension, healthcare, dental & life assurance, and requires previous experience supporting Microsoft systems both onsite & remotely.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will be a dynamic, confident and outgoing individual with a passion for IT. In addition to commercial experience, you will ideally have an IT qualification, although this is not essential.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing telephone, remote and deskside IT support to a wide variety of uses. This will include working with and supporting:
- PC's, laptops & mobile devices
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Windows 10 & Office 365
- Remote Access & call logging tools
Working in a small IT team of 3 you will be responsible for supporting circa 90 onsite users and 90 remote users (both working from home & field-based).
This will be an exciting role giving you access to the complete IT system and the opportunity to further your skills with new technologies and more responsibilities.
Based on a trading estate outside of Tamworth my client has easy access from the M45 and A5. Due to their location, the successful candidate must drive and have own transport.
