We are seeking an Internal Sales Executive for a leading organisation within the Electronics industry. Although candidates are not required to have any previous sales experience the ideal person will have the communication skills, attitude and interest to succeed in a client focused environment, as well as an interest in electronics and gadgets. Full training and mentoring will be provided, and you will be fully supported in your career development.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, technical support, product development and customer support, to deliver exceptional service to existing key clients. The role will require you to create quotations, including very technical data and coordinate the order until delivery and completion. Consulting with the manufacturing centres in China and the logistics support team you will be the key point of contact in this pivotal role.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Customer service experience or a natural flair for building relationships
- Proficient with the full MS Office suite.
- Ability to interpret technical information.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a team-player mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
The position comes with a salary of between £32,000-£33,000 + uncapped commission with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. There is a generous pension scheme as well as private medical scheme, dental cover and life insurance.
