A rapidly growing start-up is seeking a dynamic and driven recruitment specialist who has a passion for identifying and acquiring the best talent around. If you want to lead the recruitment process for an exciting start up, this could be for you!
The role will be fully office based (very near East Croydon Station) and is paying £30,000-£40,000 based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Full recruitment life cycle
- A/B testing ad copies, strategies and variations
- Understanding requirements for a variety of roles within different teams
- Aid in implementation of ATS
- Management of junior members of recruitment team
- Improving hiring infrastructure that's currently in place
- Meeting ambitious growth targets for expansion in multiple markets & territories
Requirements:
- Previous in-house commercial recruitment experience
- Understanding of key job boards such as Indeed, Linkedln, Monster, etc.
- Experience using an ATS
- Good analytical skills
- Experience working with KPls and target driven environments
- Great attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Autonomy and willingness to learn
- Experience managing teams
