A highly successful business based in North West London are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter or Recruitment Coordinator to join them on an initial 6 - 8 week contract to support a huge volume of recruitment for their warehouse function.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar recruitment role within a warehouse or engineering environment.
The core focus of this Internal Recruiter role will be to:
- Create and post job advert across job boards and shortlisting candidates
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates
- Arrange and coordinate interviews
- Managing offer process and onboarding of new joiners
The daily rate on offer for this recruitment role is £17.50 – the project will run initially for 6 - 8 weeks but may be extended.
