A rapidly growing organisation in Croydon are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their expanding HR team. Working alongside the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full recruitment and onboarding process and personal development planning.
The role is varied and you will be involved with:
- Pre-screening candidates and introducing vetted candidates to line management
- Develop personal development plans for team members
- Organise in-house training and induction events
The role would suit someone with experience in a high volume recruitment role and knowledge of recruitment policy and employment law. A CIPD or REC certification would be highly advantageous to your application.
