This is an urgent role for a 6 month (with possible extensions) maternity cover FTC Talent Acquisition Specialist / Group Resourcing Partner / Internal Recruiter position for a large organization based in the Uxbridge area of West London. This role is paying £50,000 pro-rata + excellent benefits.
 
To be considered for this position you MUST have internal recruitment (or RPO) experience – my client will NOT take someone with only agency experience.
 
The successful candidate will be accountable for all end-to-end resourcing across all levels and hire types.
 
This role will integrate organizational HR processes designed to attract, develop, motivate, and retain productive and engaging employees,
 
You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to create a high performance and sustainable organization that meets it’s strategic and operation goals and objectives.
 
As an internal recruiter you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting vacancy briefing meetings with hiring managers to obtain detailed requirements
  • Creating scorecards and interview questions for all hiring managers
  • Identifying, organizing and initiating recruitment advertising
  • Candidate & CV screening
  • Assisting in the interviewing & selection process
  • Champion best practice & provide sound advice to business leaders on policies & procedures
  • Track employee retention rates and report back to the wider HR team
  • Developing and maintain candidate talent pools for key roles
  • Organise and manage recruitment fairs & assessment centres
  • Manage social media presence in relation to employer branding and recruitment
 
Specialising in talent acquisition you will have solid skills with LinkedIn & Glassdoor, as well as various social media platforms (Twitter, FaceBook & Instagram) and job boards (Indeed, Reed, Monster, CV Library etc). You will have solid experience in writing adverts, and be highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and various CRM tools & recruitment portals.
 
Although this role will be based out of the Denham office in Uxbridge, West London, you will need a full driving licence as you may be required to visit other sites across the UK.
