Interim IT Director – London – Hybrid - £500 per day, 4 days a week, for up to 12 months.
A well-established not-for-profit organisation with offices based in Westminster, Central London is looking for an inspiring IT Director to join their leadership team on a contract basis, 4 days a week for up to 12 months. As the IT Director, leading a team of three your primary responsibility will be to define, direct and deliver the IT Strategy ensuring that the organisation is able to develop, deliver and deploy information management and technology solutions that drive business transformation, efficiency, and improved services for users.
Working with the senior leadership team you will create, deliver and champion the Digital Transformation Programme and lead digital innovation across the business. You will ensure that risk, security and compliance are central to the working model, taking responsibility for the compilation, maintenance, and adoption of all related IT and Information Management policies.
As the IT Director, you will have a strong track record of successfully implementing business change projects and/ or programs, a history of working in a senior role and being exposed to a range of technical and business environments, and demonstratable experience creating an IT Strategy and implementing strategic action plans.
Key focus areas for you will be Service Delivery, IT Security, Information Management, Cyber Security, Leadership, and team management. You will be leading a small but very capable team of three as you drive to align the tech strategy with the goals of the wider business.
