Our client who provide data insight and global mobility expertise to multinational companies is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Analyst to provide operational support and management of their IT systems and infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for someone to working in a fully flexible and hybrid environment supporting both on-premise and Cloud infrastructure.
This role offers working from home and the Central London Office.
Management of Cloud and on-prem technologies and services; ensuring its reliability and security on a daily basis.
Management of Office 365 services including Teams, Exchange and SharePoint.
Managing changes to Cloud and network infrastructure to keep them up to date.
Act as an escalation point to the service desk and providing mentoring where applicable.
Involvement in company-wide project work in collaboration with other IT staff and stakeholders.
Skills required to perform the role:
Microsoft 365 administration including Office, SharePoint, Teams and Exchange.
Active Directory / Azure Active Directory, Group policy.
