A global professional services firm based in the City of London (offering hybrid remote working) are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst or Senior IT Support Engineer to join their established IT team.
As the Infrastructure Engineer you will be technical expert and provide colleagues and users with suitable advice, guidance and assistance for the investigation and resolution of support related technical issues, including major incidents.
You will manage and plan upgrades of systems as well as assisting with the delivery of new systems and solutions.
What is required?
Management and support of Windows Server 2008-2019 in a Windows multi domain environment
Working with Exchange Online, Exchange 2016 on-premise
Experience in Virtualization technologies ( CITRIX \ VMware)
Experience in Citrix Xenapp & Xendesktop, Xen Server, PVS
Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SSO
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Managing and maintaining virtualization of VMware hosts and virtual machines
Administration of M365 - Endpoint Manager and Azure AD
Windows 2008-2019 support and management
Certifications in Microsoft Azure and/or O365
