For the successful candidate you can expect to work towards taking the lead for cyber security in the business and potentially building your own team. The role as it stands is a mixture of support of the business servers and systems, as well as a good constant pipeline of projects. Working as part of a well established and growing team, you will also manage some 3rd party relationships and work in a varied and hands on capacity.

Solid server, network and systems support experience, ideally from a multi-site environment.

Windows Server 2012, 2016
365 and Cloud Exchange
PowerShell
Windows Remote Desktop management

Azure Windows update management
Sophos Cloud
Mail Security Suite
Any training or knowledge around ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) would be considered particularly useful, but not essential.

Starting salary is up to £40,000 plus additional benefits, ongoing training, certification and career progression.
Although the role is currently remote due to lockdown, this will be an office based role thereafter, albeit with some additional flexibility built in. The offices are a 10 minute walk from Brighton mainline station.
