An international, household name technology business is looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join its team. Please note, this will be a homebased position with some travel to Bedford and client sites so a full UK driving licence is a prerequisite.

Acting as the first point of contact for technical incidents, you will provide a friendly, efficient and proactive service. Ensuring that all enquiries are logged accurately and escalated to the appropriate level engineers.

You will also be involved with some initial troubleshooting and diagnostic of technical equipment. Training will be provided on the company's bespoke products and you will also gain hands-on support experience with Microsoft O365, IT hardware, networking and cloud technology.

This role would suit someone who is educated in a similar discipline (such as Technology, Engineering or Science), with strong communication skills, good customer service and a logical approach to problem solving.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career within a supportive team and who offer a permanent salary of up to £20,000 per annum, as well as bonus scheme and employee benefits.
