A leading global healthcare products business is looking for a stand out Business Systems Analyst and HRIS specialist to join the IT team. This is offered as a remote working position.
Reporting into the UK based Director and working with US team counterparts, you will be:

Partnering the business, taking responsibility for the analysis, design, testing and implementation of business processes and the software applications and systems that support these processes, ensuring close working relationships are maintained between the People leadership and the Technology function.

Providing input to the People Management team – being the main point of contact for IT and Data services to this team. Ensuring that the best solutions are delivered which match both the People and Technology strategy

Translating business requirements, functional designs and business scenarios into comprehensive test plans that are used to confirm business processes function as intended prior to implementation. Performs detailed unit testing to assure technical design meets functional requirements.

Developing documentation related to business process design including high level business process overviews, detailed functional specifications, and visual aids such as business process flows.

Working with businesses to monitor usage of systems and advocate best practice.

Working as part of the IT team, you will lead the implementation of routine process changes and system enhancements, demonstrating understanding of project management methodology and of business analysis within the development lifecycle.

Maintaining current knowledge of the business trends and technology developments and applying this knowledge to meet the business challenges.
The successful candidate will be a gifted communicator, with experince gained within a similar role, demonstrating strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, with exceptional business analysis skills and ideally have experience of SAP / Success Factors, but other HRIS system knowledge will be considered. Strong expertise in desktop applications is also essential to the success of the position, including Visio for process flow diagrams, Excel and/or Access for large scale data analysis.
