HRIS Project Manager – 6 month contract - £400 p/d
A highly successful, global business with offices in London Bridge are looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to work across their SAGE HR System implementation.
Please note – this is a 6 month contract initially – outside IR35.
As the HR Systems Project Manager you will work on the data migration strategy for the HR system implementation, from data extraction/collation, cleanse, upload, and review. You will work with the wider to business to manage the development and testing of the new HR system, ensuring the system is fit for purpose and delivers effectively. In addition you will develop, document, and maintain current and new HRIS processes and ensure HR stakeholders and end users are trained and well informed of the new HR system.
To be suitable for this HRIS Project Manager role you will have previous experience leading projects to implement new HR systems. Ideally, you will have implemented SAGE HR before and be familiar with its use and processes.
Key responsibilities of this HRIS PM role are:
Process mapping all HR processes globally that will be automated via the HRIS (ideally with Sage knowledge)
Data mapping and process mapping
Production of operations manual to support the business
Setting up templates; contracts, offer letters for each region
Assist with roll out / training of employees prior to go live and / or train the trainer (HR team)
This HR Systems PM role is initially a 6 month contract offered outside of IR35 and at a £400 per day rate.
