A national charity is looking for an experienced HR Systems Manager / Analyst to support the team on a 12 - 18 month fixed term contract.
This role will be fundamental in the selection and implementation of a new HR system for the organisation as well as supporting the more generalist HR function and managing two HR Administrators. The position is fully homebased and you can operate from anywhere within the UK.
This HR Systems role is paying a starting salary of up to £40,000 pro rata and is expected to run for approximately 18 months as a fixed-term contract.
Day to day duties will include:
- Ensuring the functioning of multiple HR administrative and functioning systems
- Making sure policies and processes are in line to meet organisational KPI's
- Managing HR administration team to ensure smooth delivery of employee lifecycle
- Analysing existing systems (payroll and HR) and making recommendations on HR systems to streamline processes
- Supporting the business to identify and implement new HR systems project
To be considered for this HR Systems Advisor / Specialist role you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience of working with HR systems and processes (including reviewing against organisational needs)
- HR generalist support background
- Experiencing of managing HR / HRIS administration processes
- Previous exposure to managing or supervising a small team
- Understanding of key HR legislation
