A leading global insurance company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Human Resources Analyst / Consultant. This role can be fully remote with the expectation that you can once a month visit either their London or Birmingham offices.
*Please note this role is starting as a 6 month fixed term contract but there is potential for it to turn into a permanent role afterwards*

The business have recently rolled out Dynamics 365 within their HR and People department so this individual will be responsible for driving this forward and meeting the overall strategic aims. Day to day duties will include:

Building a good understanding of the company, its technology and the HR processes

Creating business requirements and challenging processes in order to make improvements

Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Human Resources / People to meet business outcomes

Working with stakeholders to create user stories
To be considered suitable you will need extensive Dynamics 365 Human Resources experience with the ability to analyse, challenge and customise as fit for the business. Agile experience will also be essential.
