A global,  rapidly expanding business is looking for an accomplished HR Officer with a demonstrable background in employee welfare, benefits and rewards.

This is a newly created role in an expanding HR team and will have a great amount of autonomy. You will need to be results driven and ambitious, able to assess and implement successful employee welfare, benefits and rewards objectives.

You will work closely with the HR Manager, measuring and monitoring employee performance management and ensure a smooth transition into a new employee rewards and benefit programme.

This role would suit a confident communicator looking for the next step in their HR career. You will be highly knowledgeable in UK HR policies and practices and be able to advise on employee statutory entitlements.
