A well-established private medical company are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the team on a part-time basis.
As this a part time role (20 – 25 hours), the company does offer some hybrid working and the hours can be worked flexibility. Ideally you will live within a commutable distance to their office in Beaconsfield.
As HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact on HR matters, you will proactively advise and support the Directors, Managers and Team Leaders and will take the lead on HR strategy, generalist HR and all aspects of employment law.
Key responsibilities for the HR Manager will include managing all day-today HR processes including ensuring all current HR processes and policies are up to date with current employment law, recruiting and on-boarding, managing complex and sensitive HR issues, reviewing their job evaluation scheme and coordinating the annual appraisal process. You will also be involved in training and development, working with management you will be to compiling annual training plans and organising all required training.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5+ qualified with 5+ years’ experience in generalist HR within an SME. You will have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of confidentiality.
The salary on offer is up to £50,000 per annum pro rata.
