Interim HR Manager - UK & US
£300/day - 3 month contract
We’re supporting a growing international organisation in their search for an experienced HR Manager to join them on a 3-month contract and take ownership of HR delivery across both UK and US operations.
This role would suit a confident HR generalist who enjoys working autonomously, streamlining processes, and delivering practical people solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR operations across both UK and US teams, ensuring compliance with local legislation

Review and align internal policies, procedures, and systems

Advise on employee relations issues and support managers with best-practice HR guidance

Lead on recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive engagement and people initiatives

Balance day-to-day execution with strategic input where needed
Ideal Candidate:

5+ years' experience as an HR generalist or HR manager

Strong working knowledge of UK and US Employment Law

Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently

Familiar with HR systems (e.g. MoorePay or similar)
