An award-winning, reputable firm based in Central London is searching for an enthusiastic HR Manager to join the team for a 1-year fixed term contract. This role is predominantly home-based, but you will be required to work from the office 1 day per week.
In this standalone role, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day HR function including internal recruitment, employee relations, managing absence/sickness and coordinating relevant staff training, learning and development. You will support senior managers with HR matters and hold a proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising job vacancies to onboarding new staff.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, inspirational and dynamic HR Manager with a proven track record of working successfully and comfortably within smaller environments. Ideally, candidates will hold a CIPD qualification however this is not an essential requirement/
