A leading professional services firm is looking for an experienced and professional HR Manager to join their team. The organisation is based in Central London but embraces hybrid working with the option to work 2 days per week from home.
Within this role of significant responsibility, the successful candidate will be tasked with supporting the Head of HR Operations with the creation and implementation of HR strategies throughout the business. Duties will consist of advising senior stakeholders on HR policies and practices enabling organisational development, providing generalist HR support both internally and to external partners/clients, and leading on ad hoc projects as required. You will provide a full HR service including full employee lifecycle, performance & talent management, resourcing and retention, employee relations, recognition, rewards as well as training & development.
In order to be suitable for this position it is essential that you have proven experience within an HR Manager role providing leadership and guidance to large HR teams. You will be CIPD qualified (ideally Level 7) paired with a broad HR knowledge both strategic and operational. Prior experience working within the professional service industry would be highly advantageous to your application.
