A well-established organisation is looking for an accomplished HR Manager to join a school, based in Southampton. This is an amazing opportunity for a proactive and professional individual to join a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to making a difference. Please note, this role is office based and would require you on-site 5 days per week.
 
As an active member of the Senior Leadership team, you will play an active, hands-on role by taking responsibility for all strategic and operational HR activity. As the HR lead, you will be reporting directly into the Headteacher and driving projects forward to support and develop HR services.
 
In order to be suitable for this role you will come from a commercially focused background and have experience in operationally leading all aspects of the employee lifecycle. It is essential that you have a proven background in direct management in order to drive employee engagement and steer the development of a wellbeing policy.
 
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, will have strong working knowledge of UK employment law and hold an inspirational leadership style to influence executive and senior managers. It is imperative that you hold experience in working at a strategic level.
 
This is an office-based position which is an excellent opportunity, for a HR professional, to develop within a challenging environment whilst representing an organisation that values learning.
