A highly regarded and established charity based in SE London are looking for an experienced Standalone HR Manager to join them. Please note – this role is based in their Sydenham office but offers flexible/hybrid working.
Reporting into the Director, this role will be responsible for everything people related. It is a standalone HR Manager role so you must be happy working at both an operational and strategic level. You will be responsible for organisation development and culture, recruitment and talent acquisition, training and learning and development, comp and bens, employee relations and engagement. This is a very broad, HR Generalist role and would suit someone able to build effective working relationships at all levels. Whilst experience within the not for profit sector isn’t essential, a passion for working within a charity is.
The primary focus of this role is to shape the development and performance of all employees as well as the organisation; designing fit for purpose and effective frameworks and processes that enable to company to grow and develop whilst maintain the brilliant culture that is already established.
To be suitable, you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with demonstrable experience in a standalone HR role. You will be professional and personable with a real passion for employee welfare.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £47,000 plus benefits.
