A Central London based property company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This will be a generalist role with large focus on ER.
The salary on offer is up to £55,000 plus 15% bonus and additional benefits. There will be a hybrid policy of home/office working.
Working alongside the HR Director you will be responsible for:
- Generalist HR management
- Coaching and advising managers to resolve employee relations issues including performance management, absence/health, disciplinary/grievances, investigations and organisational change.
- Managing ER cases, ensuring compliance wit employment law and internal policies. Following up with letters and formal meetings
- Coaching on PDP (Performance Development Process)
- Implementing L&D plans
- Support with recruitment strategy with a focus on diversity
- Support on recruitment and mobilisation projects
- Working with managers to create job descriptions when required
- Managing relevant social media platforms from and HR perspective
To be considered suitable for this HR Manager role you will need to have previous experience in a senior generalist HR role along with CIPD and a strong background in managing ER cases.
