An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Manager to join a thriving manufacturing and retail business in Aldershot, Hampshire
This role will give responsibility for revamping the HR function from the ground up including policies and procedures and company training. The business is approximately 250 in size and the role will support staff at a range of levels. There is an HR Advisor in place who will be on hand to support in this HR generalist role. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Revamping HR strategy including updating of policies and procedure
- Employee relations
- Coaching senior management in HR issues
- Developing an organisation wide training plan
- Overseeing recruitment
- Disciplinary’s and performance management
The starting salary on offer for this role is £45,000 - £52,000 (based on experience) plus benefits
To be considered suitable you will need to have previous HR management experience as well as exposure to a full generalist and hands-on HR role. A CIPD is also required.
