HR Manager

A highly successful and rapidly growing business based in London Bridge are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team.  Reporting to the Managing Director, this person should be excited by the challenge of working in a standalone role and will be keen to work across a range of new and exciting projects.


The ideal candidate will have a Generalist HR background and will be comfortable in both a hands on operational role as well as working at a more strategic level.


Key responsibilities will include:


Providing advice and guidance on ER issues

Producing internal company policies and procedures

Advising and guiding line managers

Providing support on performance based issues

Managing new starter and leaver administration

Managing the end to end recruitment process 


The ideal candidate will have gained significant experience at HR Advisor or Officer level and will have an up to date knowledge of UK employment law.  You will be comfortable working with senior management teams up to Director level and will enjoy a fast paced and busy working environment.


This role would be a brilliant opportunity for a confident HR Advisor or HR Officer that is looking to take the next step in their career.

The salary on offer is up to £35,000 plus 15% bonus and additional benefits.
