A highly successful, global organisation based in the City of London are looking for an experienced HR Executive to be part of a European HR team. An HR Generalist role supporting the team in recruitment, L&D and ER matters as well as projects.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven HR Generalist experience in a large, global business with knowledge of a wide range of ER matters such as grievances, disciplinaries, capability process, PIPs, exit interviews, as well as exposure to recruitment and projects. It essential to be CIPD qualified, or at least working towards it, with in-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practices. Good knowledge of Word, Excel and HR systems is also required. The successful candidate must also be flexible to travel, outside COVID.
This HR Executive role is paying a maximum basic salary of £48,000 plus benefits.
