A well-established business is looking for a commercially astute, empathetic, and driven HR Director with a proven track record of delivering and embedding a successful people strategy to join its senior leadership team, based in London.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Director will have full responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy and vision of the organisation. Providing measured advice, guidance, and inspirational leadership, aimed at further embedding a high-performance culture built on inclusivity, engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement, the successful HR professional will be a key enabler of organisational growth and innovation.
