A high-profile organisation is looking for an accomplished HR Director to join its senior leadership team, on an initial 1 year fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on leadership and implementation role, with full accountability for the success of the people, function within the organisation as it goes through a period of rapid growth. You will build HR processes and policies to ensure the smooth and efficient running of business operations and will create a recruitment, wellbeing, and engagement strategy that attracts and retains an outstanding team. You will have a proven track record of building a comprehensive talent and acquisition strategy that is focused on attracting diverse talent and creating effective teams.
Reporting directly to the CEO you will have full responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy and vision of the business. You will provide inspirational leadership and embed a high-performance culture built on inclusivity, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will be a commercially astute, empathetic, and driven leader with a passion for people and a proven track record of delivering and embedding a successful HR strategy.
Previous experience in the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous to your application but is not essential.
