A market leading manufacturer is seeking a proven Data Analyst to add to their team based in the Birmingham airport area, E Birmingham, West Midlands (commutable from parts of Worcestershire & Warwickshire).
The successful candidate will be tasked with collecting, analysing, evaluating & reporting data in support of HR projects, process & services (bonus plan, recruitment data, rates / salary reviews, headcount & turnover).
In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience working in a Data Analyst, MI Analyst or similar role with some exposure to HR data, ideally in a fast paced environment with a high volume of data. It is essential to have excellent Excel skills, including (macros, formulas, pivot tables & vlookups. The ideal candidate will also have some experience across HR processes or work with an HR function, however this is not essential.
This is an excellent to join a large growing business with plenty of progression opportunities. This HR Data Analyst role is paying up to £30,000 depending on experience plus benefits including pension, 25 days holiday and substantial growth.
