An brand new role for an HR Coordinator to join a growing facilities company is now available. We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our client and coordinate employee engagement initiatives in line with the overall HR strategy and drive HR communications.
This role is based in Twickenham and is perfect for a graduate looking for their first role within HR or the next step within the early stages of your HR career.
The role will include; creating monthly company newsletters, collaborating with departments and bringing a creative flare to achieve improved employee communication. You will also manage the content on the company intranet to ensure it's up to date, informative and appealing.
Creating a social events calendar for staff using initiative to find new ways to bring the team together, this could include awareness days, holidays and making suggestions for communications and activities around them. You will also oversee corporate volunteering opportunities and focus groups.
You will be responsible for, setting up and launching employee engagement surveys and their analysis to identify patterns and define actions. You will be involved in conducting employee 121s at all levels to encourage feedback and run focus groups in line with HR strategy.
Skills:
Excellent written communication and superb attention to detail
Creative and innovative way of thinking.
Preferably an HR degree or previous HR experience.
A structured and organised individual, someone who is able to deal with competing demands.
