Global Entertainment and Media Company - International HR Business Partner £63,000
A well known global entertainment company are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with previous experience of working in a complex international/global business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a globally recognised employer who offer a great range of benefits and career development opportunities. The starting salary is up to £63,000 and the role will be based from the company's offices in the Oxford Street area which have an onsite gym and bar included.
Day to day duties will include:

Translate business goals and strategy into processes that are scalable and adaptable

Drive continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and HR development

Identify and drive appropriate solutions

Influence and drive decisions and recommendations using available data.

Deliver results as a strategic and a hands-on People Business Partner

Influence management plans, and manage stakeholders

Effectively coach at all levels of the organisation and demonstrate success in driving career retention and rewards programs.
To be considered suitable you will need the following skills and experience;

Proven ability working within HR transformation and change and success in a high growth organisation

Strong ability to builds relationships and influence others

Strategic HR Business Partner experience, ideally within an international organisation

Knowledge and application of organisation design and development change management concepts

Practical experience providing formal/informal executive coaching and development

Excellent strategic planning and operational deployment skills, the ability to integrate and align strategy, people, and activities across functions, processes, and teams. Able to translate vision and strategy into clear, actionable goals
