A renowned sports brand is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing team based in west London. Please note that this is a hybrid role in which the chosen candidate may work remotely 2 days per week.
The successful candidate will be partnering with stakeholders to provide advice on employment law and best practice as well as coaching on employee relations. You will be supporting the strategic direction of the business unit, leading junior HR team members, developing training and learning opportunities and supporting EDI programmes. You will analyse trends in HR data and ensure that policies and procedures are correct and up to date.
The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience, including project work and have a good understanding of employment law and leading on employee relations cases. A CIPD level 5 certification or higher is preferred.
