HR Business Partner (West London) * Salary up to £55,000 with hybrid working*
A hugely well known sports brand based in Hammersmith, West London is looking for an experienced HRBP to join their growing HR team. This is a fantastic time to join a large company of approximately 2000 staff where huge investment in transformational change and systems is taking place meaning you will be heavily involved in projects from the start.
The starting salary is up to £55,000 plus benefits and 25 days annual leave. Flexible working is offered – this role is 35 hour week with the requirement to work three days in the office and two at home.
Duties will include:
- Partnering with stakeholders to provide advice on employment law and best practice as well as coaching on employee relations
- Supporting the strategic direction of the business unit
- Leading junior HR team members
- Supporting with EDI programmes
- HR project work
- Ensuring policies and procedures are correct and up to date
- Analysing trends in HR data
- Developing training and learning opportunities
- Supporting with escalations from the HR inbox
To be considered suitable you will need to have the following experience:
- CIPD level 5 or above
- A strong people person with a passion for HR
- Generalist HR experience, including project work
- Good understanding of employment law and leading on employee relations cases
