A well-established national business is looking for an accomplished HR Business Partner to join its team, based in Beaconsfield.
In this hands-on role, you will have full responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy of a 1000 person business.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you must be a commercially astute and highly driven HR leader who is used to working in a flexible and dynamic environment over multiple sites.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing a targeted People plan in partnership with the relevant business lead, to meet the current and future workforce needs
Monitoring and tracking trends on all relevant people metrics, providing support and guidance to address potential risks and improve performance
Supporting the development Leader’s capabilities, providing support and guidance to ensure the Region/Functional Area is best shaped and resourced to deliver the business objectives and priorities
Supporting the Wellbeing and Engagement agenda, ensuring the promotion of a healthy, engaged and retained workforce, within their Regions/functional areas
Supporting the delivery of the effective and robust annual performance and pay review process, ensuring fairness and consistency in approach
Leading and supporting the implementation and embedding of people related projects and initiatives within the business areas (project dependent), ensuring business goals are achieved
