The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a global Publishing organisation to assist them in their search for an HR Business Partner, who will be responsible for supporting the business across UK and International business units.

 

This is an established company currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner working with a wider team of HR business partners.

 

This role will require you to be fully CIPD qualified and have experience working at HR BP level in a commercial organisation You'll have a generalist background  covering all aspects of HR -  ER, Resourcing, performance management, restructuring  aw well as diversity and inclusion projects. You'll be comfortable working as part of a team delivering project work and possible leading projects.

 

This role requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written and an ability to prioritise your work load to ensure the fulfilment of the business needs. This role would suit somebody with drive and determination, who is looking for the challenge of working in a multinational, multi cultural organisation. 

 

You will ideally be degree qualified with a CIPD certification, although candidates with relevant experience but without a degree will be considered.

 The salary for this position is between £48,000 - £55,000 with excellent benefits including flexible working,  pension, 25+ days holiday, life assurance , Health cover, laptop & mobile phone.
