A prestigious not-for-profit organisation is looking for an accomplished HR Business Partner to join its growing team.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you must be a proven HR generalist with excellent communication skills and experience within a unionised environment in the public, education, healthcare or not-for-profit sectors.
Joining a team of accomplished professionals, you will deliver a full HR service to the organisation, offering support and advice on a wide range of issues from employment law to employee engagement. You will be a personable and empathetic HR professional with a passion for people, consummate communication skills, and proven track record of delivering and embedding a successful HR strategy.
You will take an evidence-based approach to improving HR practices within the organisation and will adopt a coaching style as you encourage leaders to continuously improve. At times you will be required to lead on complex ER cases (including disciplinaries/redundancies) and will provide detailed analytical reports for senior management, so professionalism, discretion and first-class report writing skills are essential.
You will ensure that a smooth and efficient HR service is delivered to the business, providing guidance to the business from both a strategic and operational perspective. CIPD accreditation would also be highly advantageous to your application.
This is a truly outstanding opportunity for a capable HR Manager to join an impressive organisation that offers an extensive range of benefits.
