A well-established, rapidly growing healthcare business is looking for an ambitious HR Assistant to join its busy HR team in their newly refurbished Kingston based offices.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager with the effective delivery of HR services and functions to the business’ employees. Some of your key responsibilities will include day to day HR administration, onboarding, recruitment, inductions and any other ad-hoc duties as necessary to support the wider HR team.
To be suitable for this role it is key that you have demonstrable experience within an office-based administration or HR position and have a thorough understating of office practices. Prior HR experience is not essential, but you will need to be a consummate communicator with excellent organisational skills and keen to pursue a career within HR.
