A global FMCG business in Queenborough, Isle of Sheppey is looking for interim HR & Recruitment support for a period of 3 months.
This is a fast-paced, high performing and well-run HR team who are looking for an individual to come in for 3 months to help them over a busy period.
The role will involve:
Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with the recruitment process - issuing contracts, offer letters and associated admin as well as supporting the new starter inductions, as well as managing agency relationships where instructed.
Assist with setting up personnel files and managing and maintaining company HR systems
Assist with management of agency workers, including timesheets and liaising with agencies
Provide support to the Finance Team on a monthly basis ensuring pay, overtime and any changes are correctly recorded.
Support HR Business Partners by compiling reports and HR statistics
Support the L&D Manager with any training administration support where required.
To secure this contract you should:
- Have commercial HR experience
- You should be studying towards your CIPD or already have CIPD Level 3 or above.
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Experience ideally might be gained in an FMCG, fast-paced, retail or distribution background, but this is not essential.
This is an initial 3-month contract. The hourly rate is £12.00 - £15.00, depending on the skills and experience you bring to the role.
