A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Recruitment Advisor to join an established international manufacturing business within their HR team.
Based in Twickenham (SW London/Surrey Border) you be joining in a newly created role. The initial focus will be predominantly recruitment; looking at their processes, their employer branding, how they can attract and retain talent, reviewing agency PSL and researching ATS options. This is an exciting role where you won't just deliver into vacancies but will help shape the recruitment and retention strategy. The are really looking for someone creative, passionate about recruitment and that enjoys building relationships across the business.
Alongside recruitment, there will be the opportunity to support the wider HR function across the full employee lifecycle; providing a first point of contact for any employee relations issues and advising and guiding line managers.
To be suitable, you will have previously working in an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Advisor role. It is essential you have had exposure to a wider HR function and are passionate about recruiting and retaining staff.
The salary on offer for this role is £35,000 plus great benefits.
