We have a temporary HR & OD Assistant role within the Public sector. This vacancy requires a proactive individual who will support a busy HR team. Ideally you will be available to start within the next 2 weeks and for a period of 3 months.
It will be Home - based, with travel to the Hereford office once per week.
Your responsibilities during this contract may include:
Being the first point of contact for all HR and OD services. You will provide a professional, confidential and effective HR and OD administrative service, whilst maintaining compliance with all HR and OD policies and procedures. The role is varied and will involve general administration, data input, recruitment support, colleague relations and administering training.
You must have:
Experience of working in a confidential environment and an understanding of confidentiality and data protection/GDPR
Ability to use Outlook, Word, and Excel
CIPD accredited qualification at Level 3 or equivalent
High level of accuracy
Any knowledge or experience with trade unions/local government will be beneficial
This is an urgent position, operating inside IR35 and will be interviewing over the coming week.
