The Ashdown Group have been engaged in the recruitment of an HR Data Analyst for a global organization located in Knightsbridge. With previous experience of working within a reporting role and comfortable processing large volumes of data you will be working within the Group HR team to provide accurate analysis across all business functions.
You will have overall responsibility for datasets including reviews and updates to the quality and accuracy of data. As well as collecting data across recruitment, staff retention and headcount you will provide support on projects to analyse data which has been submitted from different areas of the organization with the objective of identifying key trends.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures as well as GDPR and be a natural analytic thinker with the ability to process high volumes of data to produce easily understood reports. As well as having meticulous attention to detail you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work in an Agile manner is a must as well as a flexible approach and solving problems. The position calls for someone who is adept at managing systems and producing regular reports with an Advanced level of MS Excel.
