Employee Relations Specialist/Advisor - Global Sports Brand - West London
*Salary up to £35,000 plus benefits with hybrid working available*
A leading and well-known sports company based in Hammersmith, West London is looking for an experienced HR/ER Advisor to join their growing HR team. This is a fantastic time to join a company investing heavily in HR change and transformation. This role would suit an HR Administrator looking to take the next step up in their career.
The salary on offer is up to £35,000 plus benefits and 25 days holiday. You will be required to work from the company offices in the Hammersmith area 3 times a week with 2 days from home. The role is a permanent position with a 35 hour working week.
The role will have the following duties:
- Advise and guide on ER matters
- Monitor data and trends
- Case management of people issues ranging from grievance, absence and disciplinaries
- Supporting the HR operations team with HR queries
- HR project work
To be considered suitable you will need to have previous ER experience along the following :
- Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Exposure to supporting employee relations cases
- Strong communication skills with a passion for HR
- Understanding of employment law
- Ability to analyse and monitor HR data
