A highly successful multinational data and surveyance business based in North London is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team on a contract basis for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of an extension.

This role offers hybrid working where you are only required onsite 2 days a week. This role falls INSIDE IR35. 

Reporting to the Group HR Manager and working within a small team of 3, you will be responsible for helping to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, help with learning and development initiatives, assist with performance management, and support all matters relating to employee relations.

You must have proven HR experience, and have worked with ER cases, recruitment, and L&D in order to be considered for this position.
