A hugely successful multinational environmental charity based in London is seeking a detail-oriented, focused, and personable HR Advisor to assist with developing and supporting key policies, processes, and recruitment for a minimum period of 3 months.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working in a small and dedicated team, you will assist with matters relating to learning and development, intern and volunteer management, on-boarding, performance management, PDRs, project work, and induction sessions.
You will be supporting HR Managers during hiring processes, helping to coordinate interviews, develop job descriptions, participating in interviews, developing, coaching, and supporting managers over the full recruitment lifecycle, and checking the candidate’s eligibility of their right to work within the U.K.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Proven HR Generalist experience, where you have advised on matters relating to policies and processes.
Demonstrable HRIS administration, data management, and reporting experience
CIPD qualification
