HR Advisor (Hybrid working) - Teddington, West London
*Initial 12 month fixed term contract with a salary of up to £40,000 plus 27 days annual leave and a very attractive benefits package. This role will require being office based 2-3 days per week*
An award winning organisation based in Teddington is looking for an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join its HR function on a 12 month fixed term contract. The company is regularly recognised for its commitment to its employees and provides a supportive and friendly culture.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for covering a period of maternity cover in a full generalist role including:
- ER/Employee relations
- HR project support
- Supporting HR admin team with queries
- Focus on employee engagement
- Supporting with recruitment and onboarding
- And more!
To be considered suitable for this HR Advisor role you will need to have previous experience operating at this level as well as:
- A friendly, personable and proactive nature
- Ability to commute to Teddington 2 to 3 days a week. Some parking is available and the offices are also nearby the train station
- Previous HR generalist experience including managing of own ER caseload
- Ideally available to start a new role within the next 2-4 weeks
