A very well-established business operating for over 40 years is looking for a driven, personable, and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join its team based near London Waterloo.
This role is fully office-based – 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will come from manufacturing, distribution, trade, or construction environments and will be happy being hands-on operationally.
Within this role, you will cover all areas relating to Employee Relations such as grievances, disciplinaries, reviews, performance management, etc. You will also be heavily involved in the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes, as well as being responsible for updating and streamlining job descriptions, organisational charts, headcount, and supporting and upskilling linemanagers where necessary.
In order to be considered for this role, you must come from an HR Advisor and administration background, be CIPD qualified or studying towards obtaining that qualification and you must also be computer literate.
