A lovely HR advisor role for our client in Central London - hybrid working
You will provide first level advice and guidance to line managers on best practice in human resource management and compliance with employment legislation. To include supporting managers with the following:

Performance management cases and action plans, internal investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings managing absence/ill health related cases redundancy/TUPE consultations, providing ad-hoc advice and guidance to help managers decide what approach needs to be taken when managing employee relations issues

Manage the recruitment cycle to include: coordinating the preferred suppliers list o business partnering with managers to understand their needs, building relationships with agencies to agree the best rates, arranging for jobs to be posted on the websites as appropriate O posting jobs on suitable jobs boards o offering solutions where limited suitable applications have been received o management of the careers inbox ensuring timely record keeping

Support hiring managers with screening applicants and interviews, providing timely feedback to applicants, identifying efficiencies, cost savings and alternative solutions supervising the HR & Payroll Advisor with recruitment related activities

Assist with the review and updating of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, best practice and to support the empowerment of managers in HR matters

Support the HR and L&D Manager with the development and delivery of line management training on HR policies and procedures
