A growing company is looking for an ambitious HR Advisor to provide HR support to Managers & employees across the business - this is a hybrid role both working from home and from their London office.
The successful candidate will be tasked with a broad range of HR Generalist duties, including providing operational HR support, delivering advice and guidance on employment law / policies, managing ER cases, creating HR reports, assisting with payroll, as well as supporting with various HR projects - there will be a focus on implementing process change.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be an HR graduate or CIPD qualified professional with experience in an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, Senior HR Officer, Lead Personnel Assistant or similar HR focussed role. It is essential to have proven experience taking responsibility for managing casework to delivery and liaising with managers as well as first-class organisational and time management skills, a positive attitude with a strong knowledge of HR Systems and MS Office (Word & Excel).
